Custom Plan Breakdown & Expectations

To create a program tailored to your needs, I want to understand your fitness journey—past and present—as well as your future goals. This includes your desired outcomes, any limitations, and your personal preferences when it comes to training and nutrition.

Your Custom Program Includes:

  • A comprehensive plan covering training, nutrition, supplementation, and timing.

  • A detailed breakdown discussed during our initial communication.

Ongoing Support:

  • Weekly check-ins, at a minimum, to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • The plan will be updated as needed to ensure it continues to meet your evolving goals.

  • Have questions? I’m here to provide answers and support you every step of the way.

  • Full Oversight and Support: As your dedicated coach, I will provide full oversight of this strategy, offering personalized guidance and support. Through weekly check-ins, we will discuss upcoming social events, plan substitutions, and review how these strategies are working in real-life situations. My goal is to ensure that you can confidently manage your social life while staying committed to your health and fitness goals.

    Objective: To equip clients with practical and effective strategies to maintain their nutritional goals while participating in social gatherings, parties, and other social functions, ensuring they can enjoy these events without compromising their progress.

    Overview: Social events are a common aspect of life, and navigating them while adhering to a fitness or nutrition plan can be challenging. This strategy offers a structured approach to making informed choices and substitutions that align with individual goals, allowing clients to stay on track without feeling restricted.
