About me, I am currently a competitive bodybuilder and overall hybrid athlete (running, swimming, surfing, calisthenics, HIIT, X-Fit) for the past 35+ years—former Waterski Racer (9 time finisher of the Catalina Ski Race), former competitive Boxer, Muay Thai fighter, Dirt Bike racer, cyclist, OCR and trail runner… Military: active, contractor, civilian, and reservist—Marine 0311, Air Force 1C5 and current 2T2 (multiple deployments and hardships).
Most of all I am a devoted husband and proud father. I manage a lifestyle of discipline, integrity and heart-felt devotion to my family. Over the years I have not always been “ripped”, but I have been athletic and maintained an athletic/aesthetic body that performs; my habits have kept me in shape, I have slowed down at times with my fitness (divorce, deployments, family commitments), but I have never stopped. I walk the walk, and I am here to HELP YOU master self-respect, mindset/control and put you on a path of relentless personal growth. I will give you the blueprint to crush your goals and maintain a lifestyle you can be proud of… Set the example and BE THE EXAMPLE for others to follow—especially if you are a parent.
I am an open book, transparent—I will be honest with you about my expectations as a client and stern with you about the results.
Coaching Plans
My custom programs are tailored to you, made by me. Regardless of your experience, current situation or where you are “right now”, you will be able to reach your goal.
One Time Set-Up, $300
One Time Set-up, all levels of fitness:
Included is a customized written program tailored to you. Training plan (cardio recommendations), diet/nutrition, hydration (macro breakdown), and supplementation— from morning wake up to bedtime.
Two 20 minute phone calls, one week apart (initial and follow-up)
Fill out the intake questionnaire, submit progress pics and I will create a custom program for what I feel will yield you the best results. Nutrition, Training, Cardio—full routine… the only difference is revisions are not optional after this set-up and calls are complete.
*For Advanced hypertrophy supplementation and sourcing, add $100
Monthly Plan, $600
Questionnaire/Intake form, I want to know about your fitness past and present as well as future goals—your desired outcome, any limitations, your likes & dislikes… I will need current pics of your condition as it is “right now” and your weight. I will assess and create a custom program for training, nutrition, supplementation and timing. The breakdown of this will be discussed initially with a phone call; we will then commit to check-ins twice a week and your plan will be updated as needed weekly. I will be giving you honest and sincere assessments, always with a way-forward towards the goal. This is an investment for both of us… I will discuss all areas of fitness, answer all your questions—you will be able to email me unlimited and text as needed. Also I will cover:
- Alternate/Substitutions strategies (travel, unplanned excursions, vacations)
- How to manage situations that unfold in real-life (gatherings, parties, social functions)
- Full Plan oversight by me.
Six Month Plan, $2800
